We price our rental rates at a fair market value compared to other rentals in the area. This means that you don't have to shop around to find the best rate when you rent with us!
We work with people to pick the best method for them to pay their rent to us. We accept daily, weekly, and monthly payments. Let us know how your work pays you and we will schedule it to fit your needs.
With every payment we set aside up to 10% for your benefit to use as a down payment on your future home. Check availability per property.
