We will use your funds to invest further into some form of rentals or small commercial. With this investment amount we guarantee 8% per year return on your investment with a 5 year balloon at the end of the term.

With this investment tier we will invest your funds into some rentals but mainly try and focus that investment more towards some form of medium level commercial building. With this investment amount we will guarantee a 10% per year return on your investment with a 5 year balloon at the end of the term.

This investment tier will require some form of meeting between us and the investor as well as a basic knowledge of your client confirmation. We will use the funds in either some form of large commercial investment or development project. With this level of investment we can offer custom terms, however the general terms shown here are just that; general terms. 12% per year with a 5 to 10 year balloon.
